I squeezed in a little girly meet-up with my all-time favourite galpals SJ and Lyn at Fosters! Love the tea and scones on a lovely Saturday afternoon!

After a week of hell from slogging for FYP - I have survived 65 hours of sleepless days and nights - my favourite people and I went for a great, fulfilling lunch at Greenwood Avenue's Fish Market! Lovely fresh fish with the good 'ol friends..

Funny faces with funny friends. These are future creative directors you're looking at! Everyone was forced to do the wide smile that I love. Boys ended up looking like pervs, and girls, well, were just obliged to listen to the hanniwongs and her stupid antics. HEH.

Running on adrenaline, headed to my sister's place to celebrate my little niece's 3rd birthday! Sheylene is uber cute as always, trying to blow out her candles in the most adorable ways! And Sheyenne was bullied by ZX the whole night! It was quite funny to see her being angry at him.

My weekend was filled with babies.. Juleen - my secondary school classmate - invited us to her baby Ariel's baby shower! We ordered a beautiful diaper cake from my friend Junie.. love it to bits!

It was filled with Huggies diapers, and roses at the top were made of bibs, booties etc. The layers of the cake were diapers wrapped with blankets and stuff! :)

Beautiful baby Ariel.. she's so precious! Didnt dare to cradle her cos she was so tiny.. Looking forward to seeing all the babies again!

Haven't got a chance to really write pen my thoughts after a long while. Given that Christmas and NYE are officially over, I have new worries to fret over, namely Taiwan, FYP and allthingslovely. Winterwear is hard to coordinate. I am getting all jittery from packing, from having absolutely nothing to show to my lecturer tomorrow morn, and having to leave my email account unread for the next 10 days. Gawd.

Finally I smell graduation drawing close (in less than 6 months omfg) and i reckon I'll be the one throwing up my mortarboard the highest! 3.5 years in a blink - still recall the wavering thoughts of even going to do a degree four years back. And how mortified I was when I received my letter of acceptance. My first nights in hostel. Thoughts of quitting school after the first week. Mahjong winnings as pocket money.

So far, so good. I just need to get through this last hurdle, and pass my freaking FYP!

I totally heart the film Tangled! Rapunzel is amazingly pretty and her voice makes everything else more beautiful. Who knew Mandy Moore had such a princess voice?
Rapunzel is easily my favourite Disney princess now!

One week to Taipei and I'm not done with my itinerary. Been busy with ATL CNY stocks, shoot and launches - need to take my 9-day breather really soon! Super looking forward to traveling with my favorite person and gorging ourselves with the glorious food that Taiwan offers.

5am in the morning and I happen to be craving for froyo. It is beyond my limits to stay awake till 6pm tomorrow to complete this f-ed up process book for FYP, I feel so upset that I've been fretting over it all Xmas. And at the same time, I chose to neglect the fact that I had to get it done 3 days after Xmas.

School aside, I need to shed the pounds! Omfg Xmas entails days and days of feasting with different groups of friends.

And it doesn't help that my anniversary with ZX falls one day before Xmas Eve. We decided to lunch at Ember for their heavenly foie gras. Unfortunately the waitress (as always) decided to piss me off.

Two weeks ago when we lunched at Ember, this was the conversation.

CW: Hello, can we get the bill please.

Waitress: It is already on the way. Patience is a virtue. (WTF?!)

CW: Okay... cos we're running late.

Waitress: Then don't be late!

On our Anniversary lunch, I was a tad late and called in to place my orders before I reached.

Upon my arrival, I was quickly rushed to my seat.

Me: I'm so sorry we're late, we can start the first course.

Waitress: Yah, the courses are going to be served every ten minutes.

Do you know that TEN people are waiting for you in the kitchen.??

It's the same old auntie who spoils my dining experience all the time. The lady boss happened to be extremely nice, so I decided to shut my trap and enjoy my food.

Post birthday was ZX's childhood buddy Guanghua and his bride Peimin's Wedding on Sunday night. Gosh, so much food for the weekend and yet it ended with a banquet still! Fatness maximus.

Racked my brains over what to wear but decided to be a lazy ass and wore the convertible dress in black. Tried a million tying ideas but sill ended up with the toga that I did previously with the blue convertible dress.

Finally 23! But I am forever 18. My birthweek began with a miserable day at school, after not sleeping the whole night in preparation for FYP, and a horrid Corporate Identity class. Haha.

Thankfully I have wonderful friends to get me through the day. Yongyi bought me two packets of honey nuts..lame TTM!

ZX came to pick me up at 4pm in hope of catching our Gold Class Harry Potter show! Hahaha! But we decided to take a nap at my hostel instead. Headed home to say hello to my mummy and sis before going to Dozo for dinner! Been hoping to go there for quite abit and finally there's an occasion that I cannot refuse. Heh.

Dozo was extremely enjoyable. The reviews I read on HungryGoWhere were indeed true! The service was fab, food was fab and it wasn't super expensive, considering the kind of ambience the place had. It was approx 70per pax after GST, for 7 courses.

One of the more memorable courses during the dinner was the Crab Bisque, Escargot, Beef Tataki and ZX's main course, the beef tenderloin on hotstones! Definitely superior as compared to many other restaurants we've been to, and it was a memorable experience as well.

We will definitely go back there again! If you're planning for a romantic dinner with your other half, this is the place to go :) This place is a winner.

It was awfully dark and difficult to photograph the food. Thanks to my trusty camera and some photoshop, it is my pleasure to share with you my lovely dinner!

Post Dozo saw us heading to Zouk for a couple of drinks, and then to Em by the River for more. Omg totally smashed at the end of it, not from the alcohol but from the fatigue.

Next day was brunch with my Viscom lovelies to celeb Deborah's and my birthday at Brussel Sprouts! Haha! This is my chance to make everyone go to where I've my sights on, so Brussel Sprouts we went!

Fab mussels and frites, super yums!!

The Ostendaise Mussels were scrumptious, as compared to Meridionale ones. It is a MUST GO, if you heart mussels.

Unfortunately, the mussels were not the huge ones like we tried in Belgium. These ones were the tinier, black mussels, but the sauce makes up for everything else! The platter was not too bad either, but after a foodie conversation with Wan Ting, she told me that I've missed out on the King Crab Salad on Toast thingy which was one of the star dishes! I am heading back there to try it soonest! Pigout alert.

Sadly I had to leave even before Peizhi & Liying came by :( Thanks YY for the 100pcs of Naturalis (LOL) and PZ for the card and the cake! And thanks all for the lovely brunch.

Rushed off for my dose of Harry Potter. Reminds me of my 21st birthday when I watched Gold Class for the first time. $36 a pop just for a reclining chair and a blanket? Concierge service (chargeable somemore) and not even free popcorn. I will never pay for such shite. Anyhows the whole theatre was filled with angmohs, not a single local in sight.

And then it was dinnertime with my buddies at 2D1N Sojubang Korean BBQ Buffet! Now you know why I am fat. I booked the entire private space upstairs with 20 seats. It was quite a pleasant surprise because we were really away from the crowd. Loves. Selection was good, food was good and very authentic. Waiters were Korean too! Only downside is that you'll smell like a walking bibimbap at the end of dinner.

It was my dear friend Yogi's birthday too! He's 30 this year but he doesnt look quite like it huh. Haha!!

ZX and I bought him longevity buns to tease him about his age. Crystal Jade ones okay!

And finally, it was my birthday dinner with my beloved Secondary School mates :)

It was a quiet affair at Marmalade Pantry with our partners.

Finally got to meet Jenni's love! I'm so happy for you babe.

The crabmeat linguine wasnt a disappointment. Definitely comparable to my fave linguine at Changi Village Hotel. Wanted to try the crab salad but felt it was too much of an overdose. The Truffle Risotto was crap! Zzz.

If you go, be safe and stick to what they recommend, it's not worth venturing and paying that sort of price to have crappy standard grub.

Post-dinner saw us traipsing across Orchard Road to soak up the Yuletide cheer! This years lights were so-so, I only liked the pink ones at the start of the Tanglin stretch! The main Orchard's lights were ALL BLUE, not the least bit of white for contrast. So disappointing.

We went to Hansel's opening at Mandarin Gallery to look for Juan who was working there for the launch! Camwhored with the polaroid camera and amazingly handdrawn scene + props that the ladyboss Jo Soh did up prior to the launch.

I had a really fab birthweek, thanks to all the lovely people in my life.

I am peeved.

I am currently living in three different places each week and I only have one set of my essentials.

Monday - Thursday: NTU Hostel

Friday - Saurday: Boyfriend's place

Sunday: My Bt Panjang Place.

My freaking things are strewn ALL OVER Singapore, literally. My stocks, my daily needs, everything.

I am always losing things - which includes my beloved shoe. Yes, I lost a fucking shoe in transit. Now I am left with the right side of the shoe and I feel pissed off whenever I see it but I haven't chucked it in case I ever find the other side again. And the loss of this stupid shoe has caused me to buy four new pairs of heels to make up for it.

I hate having to plan in advance, what to wear over the weekend, what shoes to bring, whether I missed out anything important etc. I am always lugging shit with me. Everyone can attest to that!!

I always have stocks in my bag, my laptop, make up bag, skincare, lots and lots of wires (earphones, mouse, harddisk), camera. Anything but homework! Haha! Zai right, I don't even do schoolwork over weekends!!

I NEED A CAR. Period. This will save me from all my woes. Everything I need, I will chuck into my boot.

And all my lemmings for a VW Beetle kinda died when I saw how miserable the boot looked. Lol.

I NEED A CAR. I don't even mind any lau pok car, it shall just take me from point A to B.

But first, I need to perfect my parking!!! HAHAH! After 3 years with a license I still suck at it. Zomg.

Finally got down to editing + collaging the pictures of Paul+Weeni's wedding last weekend :) It's my first time being a jiemei - Great fun + super exhausting. Our boyfriends were in the brother's bunch so it was extra fun to be able to tekan them bright and early in the morning!

Made it to Weeni's place at 6 to get the gatecrashing stuff ready - I was in charge of doing up the limbo rock pole + Ten Commandments which I've prepared earlier in the week! Here's a sneak peek at our evil plans..

The regular 酸甜苦辣, wax strips, embarrassing stunts in the open and limbo rock!

The second last task was to read out the Ten Commandments which the bride has penned herself, all the brothers were supposed to plant their kisses on the sheet as proof of witness! The last task was to find the correct key to enter the bride's bedroom, amidst a sea of keys in an ice-filled pail.

We then headed to the Groom's place for the tea ceremony. Camwhore time.

Kinda slow since Halloween's been over for more than a week, but here's a quick recap on my three nights of Halloween Horror, beginning with Night Safari!

My first trip there and I must say I was quite impressed - never believed that one was able to see those animals in the dark (cos everyone says that) but boy, I did see almost every thing the guide was speaking about.

The set up was good too, alot of effort was put into making the place look spooky. But the bloody (pun intended) tickets were damn expensive going at $45 a pop. And it was daylight extortion when they were selling there 50cent ponchos at $5. Horrid.

My boyfriend's head looked like it totally fit the body! Damn funny!!

The actors were sooo good! They never spoke a single word.

The stupid Gui Mansion that we queued up more than an hour for. Damn lame please, we were in the middle of two groups who went in at the same time, never really got any scares in the 3 minute horror house!

And yay, we survived!

Elin and I did a doorbitch thingy for KPMG's Halloween event at Zouk and it was great fun. They provided us with St Marg's PRIMARY uniform and even make up artists to complete the scary schoolgirl look.

They made me vampiric whilst Elin had tiny scratches all over her face. Gross.

And like last year, we went on the Halloween bus - this year had lesser destinations, started off with Filter, White Rabbit, then Le Noir, and ending at Filter again. I joined them at White Rabbit after Kiankiat and Christine's wedding dinner and Kat dresses me up in 10 minutes! SUPER PRO. I was force fed 3X5 seconds of Belvedere for being a latecomer. KNS.

I don't remember taking most of the pictures, thankfully, they turned out well. Kattie got drunk (hahahah!!!) and we ended up taking care of her for two hours, so my night ended there with lots of drama at Gallery Hotel.

And the ADM halloween celebrations are DAMN LATE! We are only doing it this week on Thursday. Zzz.

Three weddings to attend these few weeks. This one was pictured before ZX's Deloitte director's wedding! It was the most fun and hilarious wedding I've been to! Really different from the countless weddings I've witnessed - I think it all boils down to how fun-loving and humurous the bride and groom are. Birds of the same feather flock together, how true!

Meantime, am prepping for Haowei and Weeni's wedding this weekend as I'm one of Weeni's sisters' and ZX's one of the brothers'. Can't wait till the gatecrashing morning when they will suffer under our evil hands. I'm in charge of doing up her Ten Commandments! Lol!

Been busy with allthingslovely too, with the designs streaming in and tiring photoshoots. Zzz. Every year end we're so darned busy with the Xmas and New Year posts! Love!

I think I'm slow but am finally feeling the stress of the semester (haha!) FYP Interim presentation happening's this Friday.. oh how I wish FYP will be a distant memory soon, and I can focus on what I truly want to do i.e. laze around and get fat.

Recess week is over in a blink and I am oh-so-lost, having my getaway right smacked in the middle of the week. Haze is killing me with the annoyingly putrid smokey smell and constant wheezing. Nabeh.

And as if I haven't had enough fun travelling, Friday saw me at karaoke with the Viscommers+Lyds+Jingwei! In my little secret hideaway $15 KTV no less. Lots of entertainment and laughs, my frenZz are amazing and thought of it as an eye-opening experience.

Saturday saw us visiting the much raved about Night Safari Halloween thingamajig which costed a bloody $45! Damn expensive for getting spooked.

Loving this dress from allthingslovely! Remembered telling Wan Ting that I wasnt very sure about this dress, turned out selling like hotcakes! Managed to salvage one piece of it for myself! Now I know why everyone loves it! :)

Saturday morning - Dragged myself out of bed for the Laurier - I am a shooting star challenge with Jayne. All for the freeee polaroid camera! Haha cheapskate ya. It was good fun even though the weather was crazy! We were close to winning the consolation but we didnt manage to find the freakin Ferrari. Plus we didnt figure out early enough the we didnt need to take the photo beside a real Ferrari! If not we would have won! :( Oh wells.

Wednesday saw a random midweek outing with friends new and old. We went to visit Yijie's GF's KTV lounge thingy and it was cheap and good! We had song battles between the BP and RV people.. Super good fun with amazing singers in the room! I need to polish up totally, these people are MAD FANTASTIC.

And then it was Jude's surprise birthday celebration @ Mellben Seafood Toa Payoh. The food was undeniably kickass! And it tasted even better with great company :) Photo-taking craze with the schoolmates!

My 21st birthday cake was a complete disaster. I remember having my eldest sister decide on the colour + design but I called up the bakery and made them change the thing. When it was done, my entire thing looked like a bloody two tiered wedding cake with pink roses and glittery candles. Fail to the max and back.

Plus there was champagne popping and everyone was standing around with glasses with cameras clicking. ZOMG. It was like my pre-engagement party. Got live band, photographer, freeflow wine and food. Action ogay. :D

I've always had a fascination with weddings and the likes. Florals, lace, bouquets, veils, decor, dresses, down to the wedding favours. And the cakes, yum!

Okay. I should just be a wedding planner. Any takers?

Fantastic F1 weekend with fantastic company! We had free passes to the Bay Grandstand but we didnt even make it to our seats! Ended up missing my Chippendales (sobs) but watched Missy Elliot's performance instead! She was quite crowd pleasing, I'd say, considering that Singaporean audience are usually boring and unexciting. The downside was the power failure which lasted up to 10 minutes. Super fail but gives us adequate time to camwhore.

Going crazy doing my FYP research until I decided to deviate from it.. And I found these on Etsy!

I've stopped collecting miniatures a couple of years ago because everyone around me convinced me it was an expensive hobby and a sheer waste of space. After today's finds, I am determined to continue my love for 1:12 miniatures! On top of that, I want to learn to make mini pastries from the maestros online! Totally inspired. Happy birthday Mummy Wong!

The Matriarch turned 51 last Thursday - Last year on her 50th I was bumming my life away in Germany, so we made it a point to celebrate her birthday this year! She threw a little bitchfit just before we were about to have our dinner at Long Beach Seafood. Zzzz. So our wet-weather plan was to have ZX and I takeaway seafood from my favourite zichar stall instead.

Baby Sheylene was entertainment the entire night! She never fails to scurry round the house everytime she's here. This time, she targeted my pretty red pumps and her mummy's black wedges.

And then she decided on Zongxuan's and her daddy's shoe!

The cutest part is that she never chooses a pair. To get the best of both worlds, the shoes are always mismatched! And there she goes, scuttling like a little mousey all night long.

Until she gets all sleepy, she finally settled down with her two beany pillows and her pacifier.

Then it's playtime for Sheyenne and I! This monster is almost 4, and always trying to pickpocket our iPhones.

OMFG I am so peeved when it goes on loop on Channel 5! Every freaking chance they have, it will take up at least 2 minutes of airtime. Please spare our ears from the misery!

First, the logo competition (of which I submitted THREE entries) never crowned a clear winner because a Graphic Design house completed the design.

Next, the mascots are FUGLY. 'Nuff said.

Third, the theme song is far worse than any other National Day theme song we've had in years.

I believe the only thing I've gained from this whole YOG hoo-haa is the aircon in my NTU hostel.

We had mad fun at the photoshoot yesterday! Full force present! Our two lovely models: Jayne and Fairy (heh so cute!) And Wan Ting had half day leave so we were happily shooting in our studio!

I am ill and hating every bit of it. Just realized that my vaccine has now expired and clearly I've been attacked by the flu bug as soon as the vaccine wore off. ANGRY. Zx delivered my lunch @ 4pm - by then I was high on my cough medicine and was slightly floaty.

Today must be a one for miracles because for the first time I've stayed home for more than 24 hours. Boy, my mum is pleased as hell and she's ditched her Blackberry for my iPhone, hijacked my Angry Birds and drained my battery life.

BKK is still as bleak, despite the reassurances from Bangkok Post, I am co

nvinced that it is all but a ploy. I need to get my ass out ASAP before my internship begins!

Hectic Monday we've had! I was nursing a cough and a cold, and scurrying around Ngee Ann Poly, City Plaza & SPC in 5 inch heels. Horrid.

We were packing parcels outside SPC.. haha! You can see part of the damage in the pic above.. we made a huge mess of the place eventually!

Dinner was at Cacio E Pepe, down at Rochdale! We've been wanting to dine there for the longest time having heard the bestest raves about the place. We were not disappointed but ZX and I were sooo darn full we ended up taking away half the pizza we ordered. I was amused and kinda surprised by how they packed my pizza! In a aluminium foil basket! WTH. We had seafood soup and portobello mushrooms for starters, Pizza & Lasagne for mains. Didn't even have an inch of space for dessert. We wanted so much to try the Creme Brulee and Lava Choc Cake..gives us another reason to go back! Total damage: $80.30.

Just as I was recovering from the absurd amount of food ingested last night, I dragged myself to meet the Munich bunch at Magma, Bt Pasoh. Apparently this place serves up good German food. And as Sarah puts it, we had a moral duty to meet up at somewhere German each time, thus the choice. We shared Cordon Bleu & Garlic Pork Knuckle.. & a good Cherry Beer to wash down the oils.. Good god i was stuffed as hell. Total damage: $40

And tomorroww won't be any better. Yuliang has kindly offered to take me out for dinner and from the looks of it, we won't be going anywhere near a salad bar/health nut joint.

Took my naughty niece Sheyenne out to town and she was bubbling with energy! Was dead beat by the end of the day. Thank god ZX carries her, else I would be running after her. In. Heels.

Wish she was quieter sometimes. Barely 4 and she talks jibberish NON-STOP. Even during the movie, I had to entertain all her (loud)questions: "Yiyi, where's the Shrek baby? Why so many Shrek?"

And playing a fool in the car! Pretending to sleep, wanting to pee, trying to take off her seatbelt. I must always anticipate her next moves!

Always heartwarming when I see the two people I love smiling so happily :)

Even though the little one is super naughty.. my bf tolerates her rubbish and CONDONES everything. Super annoying. I am the disciplinarian when it comes to such situations.

Got my internship settled for this summer! :) Ready to join Nerf for my 10-week stint and I'm glad as hell I'm not going to waste my time rotting away. Meantime, before it begins in Mid June, I shall work hard for our next launches, which are going to be pretty darn exciting.

Back after our little hiatus with a fresh new look for Summer! New navigation links + a new face.. We're more than excited to move alongggg..

Tired after a long day. First the whole studio saga - postponement & all. Unprofessionalism irks me TTM! Carmen & I ended up being coordinated in white dresses. We were feeling like angels. And then we decided upon speaking in sweet demure voices for the rest of our car ride home, when we realised that most pretty people speak in little pretty voices! EPIC FAIL OK. I ended up swearing even before we reached the PIE.

Then it was mahjong at night..with Kat, Ca & GuangRong! It's been awhile & my fingers are feeling rusty. Time for more sessions!

Been busy as a bee despite being on holidays! Tomorrow will be nicely planned: Zip around town with Jude for a late lunch + haircut + movie, (I think we'll have time for a lazy afternoon beeeeeer muahahahaha) & then to pop by Alchemy's office in the evening.

Just sent my eldest brother off.. He's going to set sail for six whole months - no one to run errands for me & annoy me all the way till November.. Boo.

I'm tying up all the loose ends of my semester now. One year closer to my graduation, I am still stuck in a limbo! Time to work harder! I'm intending to take up a Thai language module next sem, so it helps heaps more in conversing with them during my frequent BKK trips.

During my four month long holiday - I aspire to:

1. Get an internship.

2. Revamp my place + my bf's room

3. Revamp my allthingslovely.

4. Get my portfolio site up and running..

5. Go for at least 2 holidays heehehehe

Feeling the stress of the semester (finally) and I'm about to end my hectic day after this post.

Just a thought: It's important to do something that you're good at, and enjoying it at the same time. But sometimes, I can't really put my finger to what I really am good at / enjoy. It's not that design isn't my cup of tea, but somehow I'm not too convinced. I love my online business to bits and I enjoy doing everything but the time is not ripe for it to be my bread & butter. Shite.

I'm uncertain about the steps I'll take upon graduation and I'm excited (yet a little worried) to find out. I cannot tolerate job-hopping; I want to carve out a career. I refuse to choose my occupation through elimination.. I need to bother more about what's happening in the industry. That said, I'll need an internship! It all boils down to me being proactive instead of moping and waiting to find my pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

It all comes with passion. I guess I'm not the most passionate person around with my frequent bouts of jadedness and mindless bitching + complaints, I'm still on my way to finding what really works best for me.

I am officially Miss Scatterbrain.

Incident One: Wednesday, near midnight.

Two nights ago I left my hostel keycard + NTU card in the Viscom lab and I happily skipped back to hall only to realise at the metal grilles that I am locked out of the gate + room. I searched my bag twice for the cards to miraculously appear..but all was in vain.

Trudged back to ADM to collect my cards, thanks to Dan for helping me grab them.. Else I would have been locked out of the school building anyways.

Incident Two: Thursday, 11pm

Left Jude's CNY paperbag at the ADM Cafe and had to get Lewis to put it into the locker for me. Oh good god, I am indeed an idiot.

Incident Three:

This is the last straw. I am going to stop this shit ASAP! I went to the toilet to wash my hands and left my room key at the side of the sink. I happily walk out of the toilet back to my room and realised that I was fucking stranded! Effectively I had no key back into the toilet, and no key back to my room. I had to wait a good 15 minutes before the person showering came out of the toilet so I could get my damned card.

Maybe I should devise a way such that it never leaves my sight..hmmm.

The CNY gambling is rubbing off. I can't believe what I did! I brought playing cards to school to have a cardgame tournament with Jude for half of my Production class! Horrid! And as though my little addictions weren't bad enough, I Blackjacked on FB till 330am in the morning last night.

Looking forward to the YOG shoot later on.. because it spells FREE MOOLAH!

Can't wait to get my iphone too! Will probably do so this weekend (Read: After stabilised ang pao flow) but the queues at Starhub puts me off so baaaaad. I've been installing all my applications on ZX's phone (Bad Apples, Puzzle Bubble, Ubertwitter, Facebook and the likes) and I think I am ready to own my new toy, like finally!

Allthingslovely just launched our new collection last night and kudos to my dear old friend Wendy who did up ALL the collages for me, out of her pure kind soul! Was rushing like mad to launch right after the photoshoot and I am uber glad she could help me while I did the layout of the entry! Thank you dear :)

Meantime I have designed a new logo for ATL! Along with a stationery set which includes a letterhead, logo +namecards as well as a carrier bag which I love to bits!

So CNY came and went..well, sorta. My remaining days of CNY will be spent drowning in packaging, production and graphic design, so there goes my last feeble attempts to recoup my pathetic mahjong losses!

My shift key just fell out. Pfffft. More updates soon! Meanwhile, am looking forward to my BKK and StarCruise trip next week! Yippedoodles!

Three days of horrible gambling habits = honing my skills for the ultimate casino/ cruise challenge! This year's CNY beat the past few years cos my dear relatives who migrated to Australia came back! Reminiscing the old times we had as kids.. those good ol days of counting red packets secretly in a corner really brings a smile to my face.

Hanniwongsters FTW!

On Wednesday I did the unimaginable. I went to BKK on my own in the morning and I flew back at night!

Worst case scenarios included getting abducted, missing flights, excess baggage etc, but I was so damn lucky to run into Kenneth and my series of super fortunate events happened!

My supplier brought the stocks to his hotel, we shared a taxi to the airport, no traffic jam, no missing of flights, no excess baggage cos he kindly shared his with me, and to top it all off with a cherry on top, I got upgraded to Row number one which would have costed me an additional 30bucks.

Seems like the good luck followed through to Singapore where I wasn't taxed by the Customs!

Man, that was exhilarating.

Having a random early morning conversation with Bear always tickles me. Last week I told her to check out my Neopets (omgwtfbbq) account for design inspiration. Talk about being grossly resourceful! My pet was 3151 days old and starving from a near decade long hunger. 3151 days is 8.6 years old! Horrid.

Junyao and I had a nice trip down to Little India on Friday and we had a fab lunch at Sakunthala's. The overpowering smell of curry was quite a shocker though, I just didn't want to smell of spice for the rest of the day. Jude's Chicken Briyani was DA BOMB! I swear I've never tasted better.

We traipsed along the little alleys of provision shops, garments galore and trinket stores..in hope of finding the perfect product to repackage for Jesvin's class.

Dinner was at brewbaker's at the Sengkang Sports Complex. We were deciding between MadJack's/brewbakers but we decided to try out this place since it looked pretty decent. Surprisingly when we were there on a Friday night the operations were seemingly slow. Should've guessed! The food sucked balls.

The Archipelago was a bloody $9.80 ok. 330ml only. ONE CAN.

Starter was mediocre. Supposedly crab and lobster stuffed mushrooms covered with cheese.

Towards the end I spotted reddish slices of crab meat..deadly giveaway!

They freaking used crabstick meat as the filling, what a major turnoff.

The worst motherfking BBQ chicken I've ever eaten.

I had to doggybag half of it because it was seriously too gross to be eaten.

The meat was not marinated and BBQ chicken to them means providing us with a little dish of BBQ sauce.

Darling's Lamb Shank which he claims wasn't as bad as mine. But to me it was still shit.

Very unsatisfying meal which amounted to a shocking $63.80!

I am starved and upset. This warrants a good brunch.. at Rider's Cafe.

I heart Rider's Cafe for the awesome food presentation and the superb service! 2nd time there and kinda feeling that it's not as value for money as we thought it was.

Post brunch saw us playing 2 splendid rounds of Mahjong and watching Sherlock Holmes in the Wild Wild West, Jurong Point! Loved the show with its remarkably witty lines and the lovely Rachel McAdams who reminded me (disturbingly) of Helena Bonham Carter. Hmmm.

School (or is it the BF) has been taking its toll on my skin & hair! I have a two-week long pimple and a recent discovery of more than 20 strands of white hair. It is more than depressing and I ought to seek some help. Like soon. I've moved back to my hostel room and am overjoyed to know that it is now air-conditioned! To render my hall life complete, I moved Kat's fridge up to my room and I am pleased as hell.

My room is officially KICKASS.

I have two big bags of allthingslovely's stocks for my upcoming collection and I can't wait to mail them out soon! Will then update with pictures of my tiny lovely room. Am craving for my subway wrap now, gonna beat the lunch crowd and go for my 2.30pm class now!

I am a happy bunny.

Instead of doing the usual mahjong weekend we decided to stay home to mope about. I keep having random tangyuan cravings in hope that my lovely boyfriend would cook for me but NO, all my hopes are always snuffed out in less than 30 seconds.

On a lighter note my Sengkang home now has mIO TV! Which spells my favourite Channel 8 drama Together from Ep 1-36! I've been watchin the bloody show on and off for the past month and I need more doses of DYT soon!

School has started and as usual, I feel like I haven't done shit in the first week. Didn't even feel like I attended a single class. As always. 1.5 more years to go and I'm going to join the Rat Race! Zomg I should enjoy my life now and build my allthingslovely before I graduate.

And yes we've launched!

I have officially moved from here, after more than five long years, where my fun, laughter, peace, joy, angst, tears have been kept. Today I begin a new chapter which I am more than eager to begin! :)
